So I've got the XBox 360 version of Destiny and I'm loving it. I was wondering if anybody on Oppo is also playing and what they think so far. Also, anyone else on the 360 version and want to play sometime?

It is soooo good, dude. If you liked Halo or Borderlands, you'll love it. If you liked Halo and Borderlands, you won't be able to put it down.

aaaahhhh, damnit!! I LOVE halo (played all of them), and I played the shit out of borderlands. I think Steam has me clocked at playing something like 180 hours of borderlands. How cheap can you get the 360 version?

I just read it doesn't offer split screen co-op. That kind of sucks. I like playing with the GF.

I have it on the One and I'm bored out of my mind. It is nothing like Halo in any aspect apart from overpowered pistols. I've been playing it for about 9 hours and I've almost finished it. I thought this was supposed to be some grand Sci Fi epic, it's just a Borderlands clone without the humour. I knew alarm bells should have been ringing when Bungie themselves said the game really doesn't get going to LV20. Spoiler: it doesn't. Ugh as a big Bungie fan I can't begin to express my disappointment.
However this could all be irrelevant due to one factor. See another game I've been playing recently is Diablo 3, another game I hated but like Destiny I had been playing it single player only, now that I brought some friends in I think it's amazing. So my question is are you playing solo in which case I disagree massively and think this game is massively overrated or with friends in which case I'll have to wait til the end of the week to make my final judgement. Lets hope it ends up like Diablo.

I played the first 7 levels or so solo, but then joined up with some friends and it's been a completely different experience since then. Playing with friends is so much fun and, like Diablo 3, makes it an entirely new experience.
